Sharjah Judiciary Swearing-In: Sultan Bin Ahmed Witnesses 63 Judges And Advisors

H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, oversaw the swearing-in of 63 new members of the judiciary and public prosecution at H.H. the Ruler's Office. The appointments included 59 judges and 4 advisors, who will serve across courts and public prosecution in the Emirate of Sharjah.

During the ceremony, H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed stressed that a fair and efficient judicial system is essential for security and social stability. The Deputy Ruler explained that firm adherence to justice, integrity and protection of rights helps strengthen public confidence in both the judiciary and the prosecution authorities.

H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed pointed to the serious responsibility carried by judicial and prosecution bodies in Sharjah. The Deputy Ruler affirmed that the new judges and advisors would receive full institutional backing. This support aims to provide a stable working environment, ensure people can reach justice easily, and protect their legal rights.

The appointed judges and advisors voiced pride in the confidence placed in them by the leadership. They took an oath to perform their duties with honesty and integrity, committing to apply the law accurately. Their pledge covered the protection of public and private rights, and the careful handling of disputes within Sharjah’s courts and prosecution offices.

The swearing-in ceremony brought together senior figures from Sharjah’s legal and judicial sectors. Attendees included Counselor Dr Mansour Mohammed bin Nassar, Head of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah and Vice President of the Judicial Council, and Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Head of the Judicial Department, along with several presidents of key courts.

Also present were Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla, President of the Court of Cassation; Counselor Anwar Amin Al Harmoudi, Attorney General of the Emirate of Sharjah; Dr Salama Rashid Salem Al Ketbi, Head of the Judicial Inspection Department; Dr Saeed Ali Bahbouh Al Naqbi, President of the Courts of Appeal; Dr Omar Obaid Al Ghoul Al Salami, President of the Courts of First Instance; and Sheikh Faisal bin Ali Al Mualla, Secretary General of the Judicial Council. Their attendance highlighted institutional support for the newly appointed judicial and prosecution members.
