The agreement includes creating a list of current and future job opportunities in women's sports. This initiative aims to prepare female students for roles needed by the foundation. Training opportunities will be available, along with job postings for graduates in relevant fields.

Participation in conferences and events related to women's sports medicine and science is also part of the MoU. It encourages presenting research findings and engaging as speakers on topics of mutual interest, subject to specific regulations.

A joint working team will be formed under the MoU, comprising experts from education, sports, and administration sectors. This team will handle planning, preparation, supervision, implementation, and evaluation of joint programmes to ensure the objectives are met effectively.

Regular meetings between the two parties are planned to coordinate efforts in studying and developing mechanisms for implementing the MoU's provisions. The goal is to maximise benefits for students through these collaborative efforts.

The MoU also emphasises organising meetings with representatives from relevant centres to explore cooperation opportunities further. This includes promoting research activities that align with both parties' interests.

This collaboration marks a step forward in enhancing women's sports development while providing valuable opportunities for students at the University of Kalba.
