Sharjah Ruler Sheikh Dr Sultan Meets Minister Of Education To Discuss Educational Improvements
His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, welcomed Sarah bint Yousif Al Amiri, Minister of Education, along with her delegation at Al Badi Palace. During the meeting, he commended the Ministry's efforts in enhancing education and acknowledged the dedication of its staff in supporting schools, teachers, and students.
Sheikh Dr Sultan stressed the importance of adopting global best practices in education while preserving the nation's identity. He emphasised that educational methods should honour Islamic and Arab values and respect local customs integral to Emirati culture. Schools play a crucial role in maintaining these traditions for future generations.
The Ruler of Sharjah was briefed on the Ministry's plans for the upcoming school year.
