H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan observed a decline in young minds and sought ways to nurture their intellects. He stressed that programmes should begin in schools, integrating education with sports and other activities. The Ruler of Sharjah emphasised that Sharjah's work prioritises human development, beginning from nurseries where students are cared for from birth. Over 25 years, attention has been given to enhancing education from nursery to university graduation. Activities also support mothers during pregnancy and breastfeeding, demonstrating comprehensive care.

He noted that the number of participants in the award is growing, showcasing achievements in scientific or complementary fields. H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan expressed hope for the award's evolution to include more participants, benefiting everyone involved.

H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan clarified that Rubu Qarn institution's role is not to intervene in nurseries or schools but to align with established educational programmes. This alignment results in individuals who differ from those raised primarily on play and distraction.

He stated, "The responsibility of the Rubu Qarn institution is not to intervene or direct matters related to nurseries and schools, but rather to have a programme that aligns with the established educational programme." He thanked everyone for their commitment to this growing programme.

Guidance Beyond University

The Ruler addressed the importance of supporting students even during university studies through well-thought-out plans. He said they aim to develop individuals in knowledge and education alongside life establishment, guiding them towards master's and PhD degrees.

This process is organised through structured programmes reflecting concern for educating this generation. Thousands of scholarships demonstrate this commitment despite significant funding requirements.

Family Stability and Community Values

H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan spoke about family stability's impact on children, stressing the need for stable homes with housing, healthcare, and employment opportunities in Sharjah. He hopes this support benefits families and future generations.
