The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) recently held its 12th Annual Forum at the Al-Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre, celebrating the achievements within the emirate's real estate sector. This accolade is part of SRERD's ongoing efforts to bolster Sharjah's real estate market and acknowledge the contributions of its strategic partners and outstanding employees.

The ceremony commenced with the Emirati national anthem, followed by Quranic recitations, and the screening of two films highlighting SRERD's accomplishments over the past year. The event saw the participation of Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al-Shamsi, Director General of SRERD, Abdul Aziz Rashid Al-Saleh, Director of SRERD, alongside various government and private sector representatives.

24 Firms Win Sharjah Real Estate Awards

Introduced in 2019, the "Real Estate Excellence Award" aims to motivate entities within Sharjah's real estate sector. Winners this year included "Al-Junaidi Real Estate," "Salim Ali Al-Shamsi Real Estate Company," "Sama Al-Sharjah Real Estate," and "Bizlink Real Estate Office" among others in different categories such as Real Estate Offices in Sharjah, Khor Fakkan, and City Kalba, as well as Real Estate Development Companies.

The "Best Board of Directors of the Owners’ Union Association" category recognized associations from various towers including Pearl Tower, Rose Tower 1, and Manazil Tower 2 to name a few. Additionally, "Al-Mudeer Owners Association Management Supervision" and "Pluto Company for Administrative Supervision" were awarded for their services in administrative supervision for owners’ associations.

Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi highlighted the forum's role in aligning with the leadership's vision for developing Sharjah’s real estate market. He emphasized the award's significance in fostering a culture of excellence and leadership among real estate entities. Al Shamsi also expressed gratitude towards strategic partners, media professionals, and supporting institutions for their contributions over the past year.

This annual forum not only serves as a platform to celebrate achievements but also as a catalyst for promoting sustainable development, diversifying income sources, and attracting investments into Sharjah’s vital real estate sector. The SRERD’s commitment to enhancing the emirate’s real estate landscape is evident through such initiatives that aim to foster positive competition and improve overall performance within the sector.
