Sharjah Gears Up For The 34th Ramadan Festival Starting March 8

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) is gearing up for the 34th edition of the Sharjah Ramadan Festival, set to take place from 8th March to 13th April 2024. This 37-day celebration will span across all cities and regions within the emirate, promising an extensive array of activities and discounts that aim to enhance the holy month's experience for residents and visitors alike.

In preparation for this significant event, the festival's organising committee has been actively coordinating with various government and private entities. This collaborative effort is designed to ensure a seamless and successful festival, with key shopping centres, destinations, and retail stores throughout Sharjah participating. The festival will feature marketing, entertainment, and heritage activities that embody the spirit of Ramadan.

34th Sharjah Ramadan Fest Begins March 8

For the 2024 season, festivities will not only be confined to Sharjah city but will also extend to the central and eastern regions' cities and suburbs. Attendees can look forward to a wide selection of products offered at substantial discounts. Moreover, the festival will include exciting draws, competitions, and valuable prizes, alongside a variety of recreational activities that capture Ramadan's unique essence.

Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the SCCI, highlighted the festival's significant role in stimulating Sharjah's economic landscape. He pointed out that the retail sector, a critical component of the emirate's economy, stands to benefit greatly from the event. Al Owais also noted the festival's potential to boost the tourism sector, thereby supporting the broader business community.

Aligned with this initiative is the launch of the Ramadan Nights exhibition at Expo Centre Sharjah.
