Sharjah Digital Department Partners With ADRES To Launch Integrated Real Estate Platform 'Aqari'

The Sharjah Digital Department (SDD) has partnered with ADRES Real Estate Services to streamline real estate services in Sharjah. This collaboration aims to offer accurate and dependable information about the real estate sector through a unified platform. The agreement was formalised by Lamiya Al Shamsi, Director of SDD, and Muath Maqbool, General Manager of ADRES Real Estate Services.

During GITEX 2024, the partnership was highlighted by the unveiling of "Aqari," an integrated real estate platform. This initiative is part of Sharjah's digital transformation efforts, designed to revolutionise real estate services in the emirate. "Aqari" will be accessible via an online portal and mobile apps for both iOS and Android devices.

Launch of 'Aqari' Real Estate Platform in Sharjah

The platform aims to digitise real estate transactions, enhancing transparency and supporting economic growth in Sharjah. It will provide a centralised database for properties, offering services like lease contracts, property ownership, agency management, dispute resolution, buying, selling, mortgaging, and issuing property certificates.

"Aqari" is set to launch in December 2024 with a focus on property leasing services. Initially, it will cover lease contract endorsements and renewals, clearance certificates issuance including investment contracts, and dispute resolution services. The first phase prioritises rental services and efficient dispute resolution.

Future phases will incorporate additional real estate services into "Aqari." This platform represents a major advancement in Sharjah's digital transformation journey by providing effective and user-friendly real estate solutions to the public.

The signing ceremony was attended by Sheikh Salem bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi from the Ruler's Office and Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi from SDD. Faisal Fulknaz from Aldar Properties Group also witnessed the event. These leaders emphasised the importance of this partnership for Sharjah's real estate sector.

By developing a comprehensive ecosystem for real estate transactions, "Aqari" aims to improve customer experience significantly. It will offer decision-makers a holistic view of the market while simplifying processes for users across various channels.

This initiative underscores Sharjah's commitment to digital innovation in its public services. By integrating all aspects of real estate into one platform over time, "Aqari" seeks to enhance efficiency and accessibility for all stakeholders involved in the emirate's property market.
