Sharjah Innovation Park Introduces Ultramodern Warehouse Units For Diverse Industries

The Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park) is developing a new warehouse project. This initiative will feature state-of-the-art ground-plus-mezzanine warehouse units. These spaces are suitable for showrooms, experience centres, warehousing, light industrial assembly, and production. The units range from 144 to 303 square metres in size and offer storage or production space on the ground floor with office space above.

Hussain Al Mahmoudi, CEO of SRTI Park, stated, "SRTI Park has emerged as a dynamic hub for innovation and technology. We are now enhancing its appeal by inviting industries to set up operations by leasing our ready-made warehouses that offer innovative and advanced storage solutions with large areas and distinctive quality. The new project is in sync with our vision of making SRTI Park an integrated innovation hub, and thus contribute to Sharjah’s ambition of becoming a thriving R&D centre and a destination for innovation and technology-driven industries."

The warehouse units come equipped with numerous amenities. Notable features include high-quality overhead doors imported from Europe, access control systems for all units, an integrated firefighting system, provisions for heavy vehicle access, and a gated community with security measures. These facilities ensure safety and convenience for businesses operating within the park.

Of the 19 available units, eight are fully air-conditioned on both levels. Nine have air conditioning only on the mezzanine level. Eight units are specifically designed for showroom or experience centre use. Two units are designated solely for storage purposes without air conditioning or mezzanine floors. Businesses needing larger spaces can opt to combine two adjacent units.

The construction of these warehouse units is currently underway. They are expected to be operational by the second quarter of 2025. A total of 19 units will be available for annual leasing once completed. This development aligns with SRTI Park's goal to become an integrated hub for innovation in Sharjah.

This project aims to attract industries by offering advanced storage solutions within a strategic location. The initiative supports Sharjah's ambition to become a leading centre for research and development as well as technology-driven industries.
