Opportunities for Startups

The Startup Town Zone by du Business will offer UAE startups opportunities to connect with investors and industry leaders. Meanwhile, Emirates Petroleum Company – Emarat will present The Vault, providing insights into investment strategies and business growth. These zones are designed to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing among entrepreneurs.

The previous edition in 2025 was a record-breaking success with 14,000 attendees. It featured 300 global speakers across 10 specialised zones and hosted over 250 activities. Additionally, it facilitated 400 investor meetings and showcased 150 startups. Strategic agreements with entities like Microsoft highlighted its role in linking Sharjah's entrepreneurial ecosystem globally.

As SEF continues to grow, it strengthens Sharjah's position as a global hub for entrepreneurship. By fostering an environment where ideas can flourish, the festival contributes significantly to the emirate’s knowledge-based economy. This aligns with Sharjah's strategy to enhance its role in global entrepreneurship networks.
