Sharjah Energy Council's Third Meeting Focuses On Sustainable Development And Future Energy Projects

H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, led the Energy Council's third meeting on Thursday. H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Petroleum Department, was also present. The meeting took place at the Sharjah Ruler’s Office.

The Council examined several future projects aimed at sustainable development. These included initiatives in solar energy, energy storage, and power supply to data centres across Sharjah. Such projects are crucial for supporting growth and diversifying energy sources in the emirate.
