Sharjah Digital Transformation Partnership: Sharjah Asset Management And MBME Group Sign MoU To Accelerate Digital Services

Sharjah Asset Management has entered a new partnership with MBME Group PJSC to support digital transformation in the Emirate of Sharjah. The Memorandum of Understanding focuses on providing advanced technology solutions and digital services that back the emirate’s plans for a modern digital ecosystem.

Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah, aims to support economic and social development across the emirate. The company seeks to build a sustainable economy by working with public and private partners, encouraging investment, and promoting social responsibility through efficient use of resources.

The agreement between Sharjah Asset Management and MBME Group PJSC was signed at Sharjah Asset Management headquarters. Sheikh Saud bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of Sharjah Asset Management, attended alongside Abdelhadi Mohamed, Managing Director and Group CEO of MBME Group, reflecting high-level support for the cooperation.

The MoU was formally signed by Omar Al Mulla, Chief Investment Officer at Sharjah Asset Management, and Taymour Shawky, Chief Business Officer of MBME Group. The partnership sets out to design and apply technology projects in Sharjah, with a focus on innovative digital platforms that improve services and strengthen the emirate’s digital transformation journey.
