Sharjah Children Initiates Ramadan Campaign To Instill Islamic Values In UAE Youth
In a significant move to foster Islamic values among the youth, the Sharjah Children, under the auspices of the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, has unveiled a Ramadan campaign. This initiative, specifically designed for children aged 6 to 12 residing in the UAE, aims to provide an enriching experience during the holy month of Ramadan. The campaign's primary goal is to educate these young minds about Ramadan, instil Islamic values, enhance communication with both children and their parents, and promote the various initiatives of Sharjah Children. Additionally, it seeks to attract children within the target age group to partake in the programmes and services offered.
The campaign is structured around three purposeful axes: cultural and effective communication, health and sports, and awareness. The first axis focuses on engaging children through questions and enrichment content that foster understanding and communication. The health and sports axis emphasizes the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through sports and nutritious eating during Ramadan. Lastly, the awareness axis is dedicated to instilling noble behavioural values such as patience and honesty in children.

To complement these themes, Sharjah Children will roll out a series of enrichment and awareness videos and publications throughout the campaign period. An interactive element is introduced through a weekly question posed to followers of the Sharjah Children's account. Based on the general terms and conditions of the competition, three winners will be selected each week to receive valuable prizes courtesy of the campaign sponsors.
This initiative not only aims at educating children about the significance of Ramadan but also at promoting healthy, ethical behaviours in their daily lives. Through its comprehensive approach combining culture, health, and moral awareness, the campaign promises to make a lasting impact on its young audience. The involvement of parents alongside their children in this educational journey further amplifies its potential benefits, making it a holistic community engagement effort during the holy month.
By leveraging interactive content and rewarding engagement, Sharjah Children effectively uses this campaign as a platform to reach out to its target demographic. This initiative stands as a testament to Sharjah Children's commitment to nurturing future leaders and innovators by embedding core Islamic values and promoting overall well-being among children in the UAE.
