Sharjah Chamber Expands Dawahi Festival Edutainment To Promote Sharjah Shopping Promotions 2025-2026
The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry is using the Dawahi Festival as a key venue to highlight the "Sharjah Shopping Promotions 2025–2026" campaign, turning a major community event at Al Qarain Park, which started on 5 December, into an active hub for retail-focused outreach.
Working with the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, the Sharjah Chamber set up a joint platform at the Dawahi Festival that supports visitor interaction and campaign promotion, targeting large crowds of families and residents and increasing awareness about prize draws linked to Sharjah’s main shopping season.

The platform runs a tailored schedule of workshops, competitions, and live activities that blend leisure with commercial messaging, drawing strong participation from festival visitors who take part in interactive games and contests that provide instant prizes while also learning about the offers under Sharjah Shopping Promotions.
"Shamsa," the character that represents Sharjah Shopping Promotions, has become a focal point at the festival site, drawing children and families for souvenir photographs and acting as a visual link between the retail campaign and the wider community atmosphere shaped by the Dawahi Festival events.
Jamal Saeed Bouzanjal, Director of the Corporate Communication Department at SCCI, stated that the Sharjah Chamber’s participation in the 14th Dawahi Festival reflects its commitment to developing direct communication channels with the public and enhancing the visibility of Sharjah Shopping Promotions in a family-oriented entertainment environment.
He noted that the festival serves as a strategic platform for accessing a wide consumer base in a socially engaging and informative setting, supporting retail sector activity and advancing the Chamber’s goals to promote domestic tourism.
The Sharjah Chamber is using this strategic presence to keep residents and visitors engaged with Sharjah Shopping Promotions, which continue until 25 March 2026, while also explaining step-by-step how festival attendees and shoppers can enter the major cash and grand prize draws across the campaign period.
A key highlight promoted during the Dawahi Festival is the "Wall of Lockers" event, built as a large interactive structure that resembles an oversized locker where winning shoppers open separate compartments to receive direct rewards, such as smart devices, shopping vouchers, and cash-based incentives.

Sharjah Shopping Promotions activities will extend beyond the Dawahi Festival site to several leading malls across the emirate, giving more residents and visitors a chance to experience on-ground events and take part in instant prize draws linked with the broader retail campaign calendar.
