Sharjah Chamber Participates In 2024 Mango And Tropical Fruits Festival In Saudi Arabia To Enhance Agricultural Collaboration

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) recently took part in the 21st Mango and Tropical Fruits Festival 2024 in Saudi Arabia's Jazan Region. This event, organised by the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture’s Jazan branch, included 60 farmers. The SCCI delegation was led by Khalil Mohammed Al Mansouri, Director of Expo Centre Khorfakkan, and included members from the Khorfakkan Mango Festival Organising Committee.

During the festival, the SCCI delegation engaged with various farmer exhibits to understand Saudi Arabia's expertise in agricultural events. This interaction aimed to gather insights into specialised agricultural exhibitions and practices. The team explored modern techniques in mango and tropical fruit cultivation, production, and marketing. They also discussed forming strategic partnerships to enhance agricultural trade between UAE and Saudi producers.
