Sharjah Chamber Unveils 'Business Impact' Podcast To Promote Investment Opportunities At ACRES 2025

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has introduced the "Business Impact" Podcast at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition "ACRES 2025". This event, held from 22nd to 25th January, was organised in partnership with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD). The podcast aims to underscore Sharjah's significance as a strategic hub for business and investment.

Dr Fatema Khalifa Al Muqarrab emphasised the Chamber's dedication to innovation, enhancing communication with the business community. She stated that the podcast highlights Sharjah's diverse economy and its attractive investment environment. This initiative aligns with SCCI's strategy to position Sharjah as a premier destination for investment and project management both regionally and globally.

The "Business Impact" Podcast will be available on the Chamber's social media channels. It features insights from local and international entrepreneurs who have thrived in Sharjah. The inaugural episode of the podcast aired during the ACRES Exhibition. It featured Khalifa Bin Harib Almheiri, CEO of Alrasikhoon Real Estate. Under the theme "The Future of Real Estate in the Emirate of Sharjah", Almheiri provided an in-depth analysis of the real estate sector's development in Sharjah. He discussed opportunities for investors aiming to expand within this crucial industry.

This episode also explored how businesses can benefit from Sharjah’s favourable investment conditions, which include legislative support and incentives.
