Sharjah And Belgium Discuss Strengthening Economic And Trade Cooperation
The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and a Belgian delegation have explored ways to enhance trade and investment cooperation between their private sectors. Discussions centred on strengthening ties and sharing experiences between Emirati businesswomen and their Belgian and European peers.
The goal is to increase expertise and participation in key economic areas, preparing for the next Sharjah-Europe Businesswomen Forum in Brussels, Belgium. Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of SCCI, met with Antoine Delcourt, Ambassador of Belgium to the UAE, at SCCI’s headquarters in Sharjah.

Key officials attended the meeting, including Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI; Abdulaziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director-General for Communication and Business Sector at SCCI; and Fatema Khalifa Al Muqarrab, Director of International Relations Department at SCCI.
