ServiceNow Inaugurates New Regional Headquarters In Riyadh, Bolstering Saudi Arabia's Tech Ecosystem

ServiceNow, an American digital workflow company, inaugurated its regional headquarters in Riyadh today, as announced by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). The new headquarters will oversee operations in the Kingdom, serving the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The event was attended by Vice Minister of Communications and Information Technology Haytham Alohali, ministry officials, company representatives, and entrepreneurs.

This move signifies ServiceNow's commitment to supporting innovation in the Kingdom, addressing the needs of its customers and partners in the region, creating job opportunities, and developing digital skills. Deputy Minister for Technology at MCIT Mohammed Al Robayan stated that the opening of ServiceNow's regional headquarters is a significant step towards achieving the Kingdom's goals of becoming a leading regional centre for advanced technologies.

ServiceNow Boosts Saudi Tech with Riyadh HQ

"We welcome ServiceNow as a core member of the KSA tech business community and look forward to their contributions in advancing digital innovation, fostering local talent, and driving positive impact across the Kingdom," Al Robayan said.

ServiceNow is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia to meet customer and partner demand across the Kingdom. Following its earlier announcement of a $500 million investment to support regional business and government transformation drive, job creation, and digital skills development, the new office will serve as a central location for ServiceNow's growing team in the region.

Situated in Laysen Valley, Riyadh, the office is conveniently located near The Digital Garage, where ServiceNow will enhance AI skills and drive innovation for the Kingdom. ServiceNow Arabia Ltd.'s General Manager Saif Mashat expressed satisfaction with nurturing talent in the region, particularly in AI, and collaborating with partners and customers to positively transform the future of the Kingdom, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Mashat emphasized that the new office underscores ServiceNow's dedication to the regional ecosystem and its role in facilitating the transformation of the Saudi economy through technology innovation and AI-powered ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow is committed to attracting and developing local talent, aligning with the Kingdom's vision to empower its youth and equip them with the skills needed to thrive in the digital economy.

Existing customers in the Kingdom include major organizations such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
