During the session, discussions focused on government performance and strategic plans for various entities. These plans aim to achieve institutional excellence and improve services for both citizens and residents in Sharjah. The Council is committed to enhancing the quality of life through these initiatives.

A presentation was reviewed by the Council regarding new condolence services for bereaved families. This initiative includes providing condolence tents or booking neighbourhood majlis facilities, along with hospitality and guidance board services. The goal is to alleviate some burdens on families during difficult times by offering appropriate venues for gatherings.

The Council examined a report on the third cycle of the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s (SPEA) Strategy 2025–2028. This report contained statistics about private education in Sharjah, which includes over 12,000 teaching staff and more than 201,000 students in private schools, nurseries, and training centres.

The report also highlighted results from the second strategic cycle 2022–2024. It noted an 80% improvement in schools rated "Very Good" and increased localisation of teaching staff in private schools. Additionally, parental confidence in education reached 93% across the Emirate.

The SPEA report emphasised efforts in teacher training and professional development. It provided statistics on schools and nurseries while outlining performance indicators for the new strategic cycle. Benchmarks for digital services were also included to ensure continued progress in education quality.

The SEC remains dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for education and community services in Sharjah. By implementing these strategies, they aim to enhance overall institutional performance while addressing specific needs within the Emirate.
