SEC Approves First Batch Of Land Grant Beneficiaries For Residential And Investment Projects In 2025
H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, led the Executive Council meeting on Tuesday at H.H. the Ruler’s office. H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, was also present. The Council extended heartfelt congratulations to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, along with other UAE leaders, for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.
The Council approved a significant initiative to enhance social stability in Sharjah by granting residential and investment lands to 2,000 beneficiaries. This includes 1,200 residential land grants and 800 investment land grants distributed across various cities and regions in the emirate. This decision aligns with the directives of the Ruler of Sharjah to ensure a decent living standard for residents.
A presentation on Sharjah's housing study project until 2050 was reviewed by the Council. The study aims to create a comprehensive housing plan based on an assessment of current needs and future demands.
