Vehicle owners or those with legal rights can request a replacement during impoundment by paying a daily fee. This allows them to retrieve their vehicle sooner rather than waiting for the entire impound period. The decision also specifies when these daily fees start based on the reason for impoundment.

This initiative aims to improve public services, ensuring customer satisfaction while making transportation safer and more comfortable. The agreement seeks unified operational standards, aligning with plans to boost Sharjah's public transportation system.

This collaboration encourages private companies to support sustainable development and improve transportation infrastructure. By involving private entities, the initiative aims to create a more efficient and user-friendly public transport network in the emirate.

Improved Towing Regulations

These rules aim to transport vehicles swiftly using modern technology, enhancing road safety and reducing further accidents or traffic congestion caused by stranded vehicles.

The focus is on quick and effective vehicle removal from roads, minimising disruptions and ensuring smoother traffic flow across the emirate. By implementing these measures, authorities hope to maintain safety standards while addressing breakdowns efficiently.
