The association also facilitated Hajj for 64 beneficiaries through the "Facilitating Hajj" programme and supported 33 marriages with AED318,000.
A special committee was established to review applications from citizens seeking aid. This ensures that assistance is distributed transparently and fairly among those in need, promoting social satisfaction within the community.
AED7.8 million in aid was specifically directed towards 644 low-income citizens during this period. This effort underscores SCI's dedication to reinforcing social welfare among families requiring support.
Mohammed Rashid bin Bayat, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at SCI, emphasised that domestic aid programmes are central to their mission. He stated that these efforts align with directives from His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi to foster solidarity within society.
