The initiative seeks to lower the group's carbon footprint significantly.
The agreement was formalised by Maryam Telmesani, Vice President of Sustainability at Saudia Group, and Ali Bakhalgi, CEO of Loop. These actions contribute to the company’s broader sustainability goals within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
The MoU also includes ongoing performance monitoring and preparations for international recycling certification. This ensures that Saudia Group remains committed to maintaining high standards in its sustainability efforts.
