SAUDIA Group And Ministry Of Media Formalise Agreement To Enhance Collaboration At ImpaQ 2024

SAUDIA Group and the Ministry of Media have signed an agreement to boost cooperation in ground and air services. This partnership was formalised at the first Impact Makers Forum (ImpaQ 2024). The agreement aims to enhance coordination between the two entities, focusing on various service areas.

The agreement was signed by Khalid bin Abdulqader Tash, Chief Marketing Officer of SAUDIA Group, and Eng. Mishaal Al-Tuwaijri, Assistant Undersecretary for Joint Services at the Ministry of Media. It includes creating a dedicated channel for the Ministry on SAUDIA's in-flight entertainment systems. This channel will provide regular updates on the ministry's initiatives.

SAUDIA Group Signs Agreement with Media Ministry

In addition to the dedicated channel, content will also be available in AlFursan lounges. The agreement further includes fast track and business class services for guests of the ministry. Moreover, SAUDIA will sponsor events organised by the Ministry of Media.

Tash highlighted that SAUDIA is committed to strengthening ties with government agencies as part of its new identity. This collaboration supports government objectives, especially since the Ministry of Media is vital in promoting Kingdom Vision 2030 projects.

Displaying ministry initiatives on SAUDIA aircraft screens will increase their visibility. SAUDIA plays a significant role in transporting guests between Saudi Arabia and over 100 global destinations through more than 600 daily flights.

This partnership aligns with a broader initiative to enhance guest experiences by improving service quality throughout travel stages. It also aims to incorporate the latest advancements in aviation technology.

The collaboration between SAUDIA Group and the Ministry of Media marks a significant step towards achieving shared goals. By working together, they aim to support Saudi Arabia's ambitious programs and projects under Vision 2030.
