Saudi Students Clinch Gold And Silver In Gulf Arab Literary Competition
Saudi students have achieved remarkable success at the Poetry, Story, and Novel Competition in Sharjah City, United Arab Emirates, bringing home two gold medals and one silver medal. This competition, hosted for the first time at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) level, was organized by the Arabic Language Education Centre for the Gulf States (ALECGS), under the umbrella of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS).
In an impressive display of literary talent, Abdulrahman bin Saad bin Mohammed Talian from Al-Kharj Governorate's Education Department clinched the gold medal in the poetry category. His achievement was matched by Bassam bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Rajhi from Riyadh Region's General Department of Education, who secured the gold medal in the Novel Category. Furthermore, Al-Jawhara bint Hassan bin Ali Al-Omari from Asir Region's General Department of Education earned a silver medal in the Story Category.
