On the sidelines of the first special meeting of the World Economic Forum held in Riyadh, Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, engaged in pivotal discussions aimed at bolstering international cooperation and fostering growth in the digital economy.
