Saudi Media Academy Trains 127 Participants Through Five Specialised Tracks In Q1 2025

The Saudi Media Academy, affiliated with the Ministry of Media, trained 127 individuals in the first quarter of 2025. This training was delivered through five specialised tracks and programs. A notable event was the "Generative AI and The Future of Media Bootcamp," organised with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). This initiative aimed to boost the skills of media professionals across Saudi Arabia.

The academy's training included a Sports Media Track, which focused on executive media appearance for sports federation leaders. Additionally, a Regional Track offered a media planning course in collaboration with King Abdulaziz University in Makkah Region, benefiting 27 trainees. These courses are designed to align with the Kingdom Vision 2030 objectives.

Another significant offering was a new Media Planning course developed with ESCP Business School, which trained 32 participants. This course is part of the academy's efforts to prepare a new generation of media professionals capable of creating credible content.

The academy also provided a Digital Transformation Playbook in partnership with Stanford Graduate School of Business. This program attracted 22 participants. Furthermore, a course titled "Mastering Negotiation and Influence" was conducted with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), benefiting nine trainees.

Looking ahead, the academy plans to launch its first Media Leaders Track in August. This program will be developed in cooperation with leading global universities and institutions. It aims to train 40 media professionals to drive positive change within the media sector.

These initiatives reflect the academy's commitment to enhancing media capabilities across Saudi Arabia. By offering diverse training opportunities, it supports national goals and prepares professionals for future challenges.
