Al-Duailej emphasized that collaboration is essential to tackle challenges facing aviation, ensuring sustainability and economic development. He noted how cooperation supports tourism, creates jobs, strengthens trade ties, and fosters growth across the Arab region. This collaboration aims to maintain aviation's vital role in economic progress.

The expansion of the Executive Council’s membership from nine to eleven members was praised by Al-Duailej as a significant move.
