Presented by falconers Sanafi and Mutlaq Al-Dosari, the bird fetched SAR400,000 on the sixth night of the auction. The event is being held at the club's headquarters in Malham and will continue until November 15th.

The bidding for this prized falcon began at SAR60,000 and quickly escalated amid fierce competition. This sale surpassed a previous record set on the fourth night when another bird was sold for SAR240,000. Mutlaq Al-Dosari expressed his delight at having offered the most expensive falcon so far in this year's auction.

Mutlaq and Sanafi Al-Dosari's falcon measured 15.25 inches in length, 15.5 inches in width, and weighed 1,020 grams. Mutlaq shared his excitement about participating for the first time and praised the Saudi Falcons Club for its efforts to preserve this ancient heritage. He mentioned receiving numerous offers outside the auction but chose to sell through this platform.

The bidding process for their falcon lasted between five and six minutes, showcasing intense interest from buyers. "I received many offers outside the auction, but I insisted on selling it through the Saudi Falcons Club Auction," said Mutlaq Al-Dosari.

The Saudi Falcons Club provides extensive support to falconers during the auction season. It covers accommodation and transportation costs for falcon owners traveling to the auction headquarters. The event is broadcast live on television and social media, adding to its competitive atmosphere.

This auction is recognized as the largest official falcon auction in Saudi Arabia. It plays a significant role in promoting cultural, civilizational, and economic heritage related to falconry activities. These efforts align with Saudi Vision 2030 goals.

The club's initiatives help preserve traditional practices while offering modern conveniences to participants. The event not only highlights the importance of falcons but also supports local economies through tourism and related activities.
