Saudi Embassy In France Highlights Achievements Of Saudi Vision 2030 At Seminar
The Saudi Embassy in France, in collaboration with the Francophone Africa Business Summit 2025, organised a seminar to highlight the achievements and partnerships of Saudi Vision 2030. This event coincided with the release of the ninth annual report on Saudi Vision 2030. It attracted ambassadors, French officials, media representatives, business leaders, and consultants.
Saudi Ambassador to France and Monaco, Fahd bin Mayouf Al-Ruwaili, opened the seminar with a welcoming address. He provided an overview of the ninth annual Saudi Vision 2030 report. The ambassador highlighted updated information and key achievements within the report. He noted that performance indicators have exceeded most targets in national programs and strategies.

Key areas where targets were surpassed include human resource development, women's empowerment, infrastructure enhancement, technology localisation, sustainable development, and environmental protection. These achievements reflect significant progress under Saudi Vision 2030's initiatives.
Al-Ruwaili also discussed Saudi-French cooperation under Saudi Vision 2030. He emphasised their joint efforts to bolster regional and international security and stability. This partnership is crucial for both nations as they work together towards common goals.
Stève Gentili, President of the Francophone Africa Business Summit, spoke about growing partnerships in business, technology, and finance sectors. He highlighted mutual investments and the attractive business environment in Saudi Arabia. These factors contribute to strengthening economic ties between involved parties.
Jean-Yves Le Drian, President of the French Agency for AlUla Development (AFALULA), praised the strong friendship between Saudi Arabia and France. He described their strategic alliance as steadily developing over time. Le Drian provided insights into the AlUla Development Project's success at various stages.
