Saudi Arabia Aims To Cut Vegetable Waste By Promoting Awareness

Specifically, the figures stand at 234,000 tons for tomatoes, 201,000 tons for potatoes, 110,000 tons for onions, 82,000 tons for cucumbers, 38,000 tons for zucchinis, and an additional 335,000 tons from other vegetables. These numbers highlight the urgent need for measures to reduce food loss and waste.
