Saudi Arabia Reaffirms Support For Palestinian Peace At Two-State Solution Conference Co-Chaired With France

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, is committed to achieving peace in the Middle East. Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, highlighted this commitment through Saudi Arabia's co-presidency with France at a high-level international conference. This event focuses on peacefully resolving the Palestinian issue and implementing a two-state solution.

Prince Faisal emphasized Saudi Arabia's dedication to supporting Palestinian rights and establishing an independent state along the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital. He stated that the Kingdom's efforts aim to end the suffering caused by the ongoing conflict with Israel, which has resulted in numerous civilian casualties and widespread regional animosity.

The conference, taking place at the United Nations headquarters in New York, seeks to advance UN resolutions advocating for two states. It aims to empower Palestinians to establish their own state, fostering peace and prosperity across the region.
