Saudi Arabia Hosts London Multiverse Trip 2025 To Empower Tech Startups And Expand Global Reach

Saudi Arabia has initiated the London Multiverse Trip 2025 in London, organised by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. This event involves 20 Saudi startups from sectors like fintech, Software as a Service (SaaS), consumer technology, digital assets, and artificial intelligence. The trip is scheduled to run from September 29 onwards.

The collaboration with the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE) aims to enhance the Saudi innovation ecosystem's connections with global investors and startups. This initiative seeks to help promising Saudi companies enter new markets and form strategic partnerships. It also highlights Saudi Arabia's growing influence in emerging technologies, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The London Multiverse Trip 2025 aims to boost the international presence of Saudi startups. By expanding their reach into global markets, it positions Saudi Arabia as a leading hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and advanced technologies. The event showcases success stories like Lean Technologies, a fintech company that developed unified APIs for open banking and real-time payments, securing $67.5 million in Series B funding.

During this trip, the Saudi Ecosystem Investor Mixer event took place at London's Design Museum. This gathering facilitated direct dialogue and collaboration opportunities between Saudi and international investors. Additionally, 94 bilateral meetings are planned between Saudi startups and global investors, along with sessions featuring leading institutions.

The "Startup Chillout Night" is another key feature of the trip designed to encourage informal networking among participants. These activities aim to foster connections that could lead to future collaborations and partnerships.

This initiative not only strengthens ties but also underscores the Kingdom's contribution to expanding the digital economy. By showcasing its role in emerging technologies, Saudi Arabia is positioning itself as a significant player on the global stage.
