The establishment of the Global Water Organization, marked by a charter signing with international participation, underscores its role in uniting global efforts for a sustainable water future. Membership provides strategic opportunities to influence global policies, secure funding for projects, and exchange best practices. The Kingdom has provided over $6 billion for water and sanitation projects across four continents, placing water issues at the forefront of the international agenda. Saudi Arabia will host the 2026 World Congress on Desalination and Water Re-Use Solutions, highlighting its status as the largest producer of desalinated water globally.
