The Restoring Family Links Network conference for the Near and Middle East has commenced in Al-Khobar, hosted by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). This three-day event, from November 11 to 13, marks Saudi Arabia's first time hosting.
