Saudi Arabia Launches First International Facility Management Conference For A Sustainable Future
Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail inaugurated the International Facility Management Conference and Exhibition 2024 in Riyadh on Monday. The event, organised by the Saudi Facility Management Association (SFMA) under the theme "Sustainable Future," runs from September 8 to 10. It features participation from at least 66 government and private entities and includes 50 speakers who are experts in the field.
"Today, we launch the International Facility Management Conference and Exhibition in Riyadh, which has become a global hub for hosting major international conferences and forums," said Al-Hogail during his opening speech. He highlighted that this enhances Riyadh's role as a centre for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and attracting best practices globally across various sectors.
