Saudi Arabia Strengthens Ties With Nigeria Through Humanitarian Gift Of Dates

In a significant act of generosity, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), has extended a helping hand to the Federal Republic of Nigeria by donating 100 tons of dates. The ceremonial handover of this generous donation was split between two key representatives from Saudi Arabia. In Abuja, at the Saudi Embassy, the Saudi Ambassador to Nigeria, Faisal bin Ibrahim Al-Ghamdi, presented 50 tons of dates to Ambassador Mortada Gomaa, Director of the Middle East and Gulf Department at the Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Meanwhile, in Kano, Khalil Ahmed Adamawi, the Saudi Consul General, handed over another 50 tons of dates to Dr. Abba, the Secretary to the Government of Kano State. The event was marked by the presence of a team from KSrelief, underscoring the collaborative effort behind this initiative.
