The Digital Transformation Index, introduced in 2021, tracks adherence to basic transformation standards. It has shown consistent growth, rising from 69.39% in 2021 to 87.14% in 2024. This increase signifies a notable shift in corporate work culture towards embracing digital practices.

Launched in 2022, the Digital Experience Index evaluates the maturity of digital government platforms and services. Initially achieving a completion rate of 77.26%, it rose to 85.04% by 2024. This improvement underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to providing user-centric digital services.
