Saudi Arabia has maintained its top position in the global cybersecurity rankings for 2025, as reported by the IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook. This achievement highlights the Kingdom's leadership in cybersecurity, supported by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Their vision has consistently placed Saudi Arabia at the forefront of various international indicators.

The Kingdom's proactive approach to cybersecurity is evident in its classification as Tier 1 – "Role-modelling" in the Global Cybersecurity Index 2024 by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
