Cultural Economy Highlights at Expo 2025

The CDF’s participation in Expo 2025 Osaka is part of a broader engagement running from April to October. This includes panel discussions, interactive experiences, and retail spaces displaying products from projects supported by the fund, especially in the handicrafts sector. The theme of Expo 2025 is "Designing Future Society for Our Lives."

The CDF aims to highlight Saudi Arabia’s cultural identity through its participation at Expo 2025 Osaka. The focus is on demonstrating the sector’s growth under Saudi Vision 2030, attracting global investment, and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in creative industries. This initiative underscores Saudi Arabia's dedication to advancing sustainable development through culture.

By participating in such international events, Saudi Arabia seeks to showcase its cultural advancements and open doors for international collaboration. The efforts are aligned with Vision 2030 goals, aiming to diversify the economy beyond oil by investing in various sectors including culture.

This networking event was an integral part of CDF's strategy to engage with global audiences at Expo 2025 Osaka. It provided a platform for discussing future growth pathways within Saudi Arabia’s cultural economy while inviting international stakeholders to explore investment opportunities.
