AI Data Centers Saudi Arabia: STC Group And HUMAIN Announce A Joint Venture With Center3
stc group and HUMAIN have agreed a new joint venture to build large-scale AI data centers in Saudi Arabia. The project aims to develop and run advanced facilities able to support up to 1 GW of AI workloads, providing high-capacity, low-latency infrastructure for regional and global users.
The joint venture combines HUMAIN’s artificial intelligence focus with center3’s role as stc group’s digital infrastructure subsidiary. center3 contributes data-center design and operations plus regional connectivity, while HUMAIN brings full-stack AI capabilities and a mandate to deliver end-to-end solutions across compute, storage, and specialised AI systems.

According to stc group, the new company will design infrastructure around performance, energy efficiency, and resilience. Facilities are planned to host demanding AI workloads, including training and deployment of large language models and other mission-critical applications, with emphasis on secure, high-performance hosting of sensitive digital assets across the Kingdom and wider region.
