Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Celebrates Academic Achievements Of HCT Graduates In Ras Al Khaimah
H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, recently welcomed 17 graduates from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah (HCT-Ras Al Khaimah). These graduates, both male and female, were honoured for their exceptional achievements in various fields during a ceremony at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City.
