Sanad, Strata, And Sindan Join Forces To Enhance AI And 3D Printing In UAE Aerospace Sector

A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Sanad, Strata Manufacturing PJSC, and Sindan at the Dubai Airshow 2025. This agreement aims to explore the use of artificial intelligence, robotics, and 3D printing in aerospace Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. The MoU was signed by key representatives from each company, highlighting a collaborative effort to enhance aerospace engineering.

The partnership focuses on integrating AI-driven automation and advanced manufacturing solutions into Sanad and Strata's operations. Sindan will contribute by deploying smart robotics for inspection and material handling. Additionally, humanoid systems will be used for warehouse organisation, while automated racking technologies will optimise inventory management.

Sindan is set to design and 3D-print specialised jigs and fixtures. This initiative aims to speed up tooling production and improve precision across Sanad’s MRO facilities and Strata’s manufacturing processes. The collaboration combines decades of global MRO expertise with advanced manufacturing capabilities to create smarter aerospace maintenance solutions.
