Saudi Central Bank Invites Applications For Investment Immersion Program
The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has recently announced the opening of registrations for the fourth edition of its Investment Immersion Program (IIP), a move that underscores the kingdom's commitment to nurturing local talent in the financial sector. This initiative, which began accepting applications for a six-week period, is designed to equip Saudi nationals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in various investment fields.
Developed in collaboration with the prestigious Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and several leading global banks and asset managers, the IIP aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience. The program combines academic coursework with intensive practical training, offering participants a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of investment.

Participants in the program will benefit from an advanced technical course, on-the-job training with international banks and asset management companies, and job rotation within the investment deputyship at SAMA. This approach ensures that attendees not only learn theoretical concepts but also apply them in real-world settings under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
The program is targeted at Saudi nationals who hold a bachelor or master degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or business-related majors from recognized Saudi or international universities. Applicants must have achieved a grade of no less than equivalent to 3/4 or above, be proficient in English, under the age of 27, and successfully pass both behavioral and technical assessments as well as interviews.
By participating in the IIP, individuals will not only enhance their technical investment skills but also receive continuous development opportunities and a range of distinctive employment benefits. This initiative reflects SAMA's dedication to investing in the kingdom's human capital and supporting the growth and diversification of its economy.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through SAMA's career portal using the following link: https://careers.sama.gov.sa/job-invite/1142/. This opportunity represents a significant step towards fostering a skilled workforce capable of contributing to Saudi Arabia's financial sector.
