Saeed Ahmed Lootah Charity Foundation Donates AED 10 Million To Support Fathers' Endowment Campaign In UAE

The Saeed Ahmed Lootah Charity Foundation has pledged AED10 million to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign. This initiative, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to honour fathers in the UAE by creating a sustainable fund for healthcare and treatment for those in need. The campaign is part of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI).

The campaign seeks to promote values such as honouring parents, compassion, and solidarity. It also aims to reinforce the UAE's leadership in charitable work and establish the concept of charitable endowments. By fostering generosity and human solidarity, it hopes to create a community-wide movement supporting these goals.

AED 10 Million Donation for Fathers' Endowment Campaign

Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of Police and Public Security in Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saeed Ahmed Lootah Charity Foundation, highlighted the significance of this campaign. He stated that it reflects the UAE's dedication to humanitarian efforts and embodies values like honouring parents and social solidarity.

Eng. Yahya Saeed Lootah, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, expressed that supporting this campaign aligns with their commitment to sustainable good. He emphasised that generosity and giving are core values established by their founder in his charitable projects.

The Fathers’ Endowment campaign welcomes contributions from both institutions and individuals through various channels. Donations can be made via the campaign’s website (Fathersfund.ae) or through a dedicated call centre at 800 4999. Bank transfers in UAE dirham are accepted at Emirates Islamic Bank using IBAN: AE020340003518492868201.

For those preferring SMS donations, Etisalat by e& and du users can send "Father" to specific numbers: 1034 for AED10, 1035 for AED50, 1036 for AED100, and 1038 for AED500. Other platforms include the DubaiNow app under "Donations" and Dubai’s Jood platform (Jood.ae).

This contribution builds on the foundation's history of supporting charitable initiatives. The ongoing work aims to develop impactful projects that ensure a more sustainable future.
