RTA Supports Most Noble Number Charity Auction For Fathers' Endowment Campaign In Dubai

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is backing the Most Noble Number charity auction, organised by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI). This event, scheduled for 15th March at the Armani Hotel Dubai, Burj Khalifa, supports the Father's Endowment campaign. Launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, this initiative honours fathers in the UAE by creating a sustainable fund to provide healthcare for those in need.

The RTA has allocated five unique vehicle number plates for auction at this event. The proceeds will benefit the Fathers' Endowment campaign. The special plate numbers include DD 77, DD 24, DD 15, DD 12, and DD 5. The auction is expected to attract notable businessmen and philanthropists dedicated to supporting this worthy cause.

RTA Backs Charity Auction for Fathers' Fund

Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA, expressed pride in participating in the Fathers' Endowment campaign. He stated that it recognises fathers' crucial role in raising generations and embodies solidarity within the UAE community. "We are honoured to take part in the Fathers' Endowment campaign and contribute to achieving its noble objectives," he said.

Al Tayer highlighted that previous auctions have raised AED213 million from vehicle plates allocated by RTA over four editions. He encouraged philanthropists and donors to join this year's Most Noble Number charity auction to support the campaign further.

The Most Noble Number auction has seen significant involvement from leading philanthropists eager to support charitable causes. The fourth edition raised AED38.095 million during Ramadan 2024 for the Mothers' Endowment campaign. This initiative honoured mothers by establishing an endowment fund for global education support.

The third edition generated AED97.92 million in Ramadan 2023 for the 1 Billion Meals Endowment campaign. This initiative aimed to combat hunger and malnutrition through targeted programmes and projects in vulnerable communities.
