Saudi Arabia: Riyadh Metro Launches Full Operations With Orange Line Rollout

On Sunday, January 5, 2025, the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) declared the commencement of the Orange Line, also recognized as the Al Madinah Al Munawwarah Axis, of the Riyadh Metro network.

This advancement signifies a significant milestone, marking the completion of the phased introduction of the metro's six lines, in line with the initial plan shared during the project's launch.
