ROSHN Group Partners With Singapore Cooperation Enterprise To Enhance Real-Estate Innovation
ROSHN Group, a part of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE). This agreement focuses on exploring partnerships, sharing urban governance practices, and setting up collaboration frameworks. The aim is to improve urban planning and procurement processes. The MoU was signed during ROSHN's visit to Singapore as part of the "ROSHNEXT" innovation initiative.
The visit included meetings with various Singaporean entities in the real-estate sector. These interactions aimed to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration opportunities, and initiate discussions for long-term partnerships. The focus was on promoting innovation through these engagements.

During their time in Singapore, ROSHN representatives engaged with leading innovators from academic and industrial sectors. They discussed applied research, skill development opportunities, and potential joint innovation programs within the real-estate industry. These discussions were crucial for fostering future collaborations.
Conversations also delved into recent advancements in comprehensive urban planning, engineering, and infrastructure implementation. Property technology firms and real estate developers shared insights on these topics, highlighting the latest innovations in the field.
Yassen Kattan, ROSHN Group's executive director of strategy and corporate affairs, described the MoU with SCE as a significant step toward long-term collaboration. He emphasised that this partnership aims to advance innovation in developing future human-centered projects.
Kattan noted that integrating innovative solutions into urban design, development, and operation supports Saudi Arabia’s shift towards a knowledge- and innovation-based economy. This collaboration is seen as a vital component of this transition.
The meetings with government institutions, universities, and companies were pivotal in exchanging expertise. They also helped identify areas for potential cooperation in applied research and development within the real-estate sector.
This strategic move by ROSHN Group underscores its commitment to enhancing urban planning practices through international collaboration. By partnering with SCE, they aim to bring innovative solutions to urban destinations across Saudi Arabia.
