ROSHN Group Concludes Inaugural Innovation Summit, Recognising Visionaries In Real Estate Technology

The ROSHN Group, a company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), successfully hosted the first-ever ROSHNEXT Innovation Summit. This event gathered over 300 key figures from real estate and technology sectors, including decision-makers, academics, entrepreneurs, and investors. The summit served as a vibrant platform for networking and sharing expertise.

During the summit, participants engaged in three focused panel discussions led by leaders from ROSHN Group and experts in real estate and technology. These discussions revolved around crucial topics such as the future role of technology in real estate development, converting innovative ideas into viable business models, and enhancing collaboration to build a smarter future.

The sessions at the summit aimed to foster partnerships, expand professional networks, and speed up the adoption of advanced technologies. This approach created high-quality business opportunities for attendees. Cash prizes exceeding SAR1 million were awarded to nine winning teams across three competitive tracks during the summit. These tracks included the Venture Builder track for ROSHN Group employees, the Incubator track organized with Dhahran Techno Valley, and the Accelerator track in partnership with Wa’ed, Aramco’s entrepreneurship program. The latter two tracks welcomed participants from outside the ROSHN Group.

The ROSHNEXT Innovation Summit reinforced ROSHN Group’s commitment to fostering innovation as a key driver for enhancing quality of life and supporting economic diversification. This commitment aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives. Building on the success of the third edition of the ROSHN Hackathon, the summit underscores the group’s growing stature as a leader in supporting innovation.
