ROSHN Group And Tourism Ministry Unite To Fulfill Saudi's Tourism Ambitions
ROSHN Group has entered into a Memorandum of Collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism to bolster Saudi Arabia's National Tourism Strategy. This partnership aims to attract 150 million tourists and create one million tourism-related jobs by 2030.
The collaboration will enhance the Kingdom’s tourism sector through joint efforts in developing destinations, sharing data, and offering training programs for young Saudis. ROSHN and the ministry will explore potential investments and opportunities within the tourism sector.

Mahmoud Abdulhadi, Deputy Minister of Tourism Destinations Enablement, stated, "ROSHN is a leading player nationally in developing destinations and communities, and we are looking forward to working with ROSHN to collaborate on how we can best support the Kingdom’s tourism aspirations as spelt out by the National Tourism Strategy."
This collaboration includes a detailed framework aimed at enhancing tourism capabilities and infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. The goal is to improve the quality of life for both Saudi nationals and international visitors.
Yassen Kattan, Head of Strategy and Corporate Affairs at ROSHN Group, noted, "With a portfolio that includes communities and destinations throughout the Kingdom, ROSHN is already playing a role in promoting Saudi Arabia as a preferred place to visit."
Supporting Vision 2030
Kattan further explained that their partnership with the Ministry of Tourism highlights their commitment to creating memorable experiences focused on quality of life and entertainment. This aligns with their contribution to Saudi Vision 2030.
ROSHN’s current projects include retail and entertainment facilities designed to complement community living for present and future residents. The collaboration aims to promote Saudi Arabia as an attractive destination for tourists worldwide.
