ROSHN Group Launches ALMANAR, Its Premier Integrated Community In Makkah

ROSHN Group, a prominent real estate developer, has announced the launch of ALMANAR, its inaugural project in Makkah and fifth integrated mixed-use community. This ambitious venture aims to provide over 17,000 individuals with 4,149 residential units during its first phase, sprawling across a vast 2.5 million square meters. Strategically situated at Makkah’s western entrance, ALMANAR offers convenient access to both the old and new expressways connecting Makkah to Jeddah, positioning residents just 20 minutes from the Holy Mosque and less than an hour from King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah.

The development is set to include a comprehensive range of amenities designed to enhance the living experience. Among these are a regional mall, eight neighborhood commercial centers, a business park aimed at fostering economic growth in the city, and several mosques. ALMANAR will offer diverse residential options such as 3- to 5-bedroom townhouses, duplexes, and villas, all reflecting the rich heritage of the Western Province through their architectural designs. These designs incorporate elliptical and geometric patterns on the facades, marrying Makkah’s historic legacy with the promise of its future.

Emphasizing sustainability and the integration of natural landscapes, ALMANAR dedicates 12% of its total area to green and open spaces. These areas are meticulously designed to offer residents serene spots for relaxation while promoting community well-being through shaded walkways suitable for walking, cycling, and sports activities. The development also aims to preserve the natural landscape by incorporating wadis that meander through its neighborhoods, thereby creating a resilient green infrastructure that respects the local environment and supports indigenous flora and fauna.

In line with its commitment to environmental sustainability, ALMANAR's residences will be equipped with "industry-leading energy-conserving" technologies.
